Our custom plans provide a complete and comprehensive solution to your food, daily activities, fitness and relaxation. In order to create a custom plan for you, one of our experts will setup an interview to learn a few things about you such as your general diet, restrictions, personal goals, daily habits and activities etc.

Based on your weight, height, age and similar parameters plus other information that you provide during the interview, our experts will provide you with a customized plan to achieve appropriate goals.

	One Time Custom Plan $30
	A single interview is conducted and a single custom plan is provided. The interview may take about an hour. Access to Hy-Light Recipes and Exercises on the website
	Bi-Weekly Custom Plan For 2 Months $55
	A Custom Nutrition and Exercise Plan is provided for two weeks based on initial interview. Telephone discussion, re-evaluation and adjusted Custom Plan every two weeks for 2 Months. Unlimited nutrition and fitness support via email for two months. Unlimited access to recipes and exercises on the website. Do allow for an hour for the first interview and a half an hour for the followup assessments.
	Bi-Weekly Custom Plan For 3 Months $75
	A Custom Plan is provided for two weeks based on initial interview. Telephone discussion, re-evaluation and adjusted Custom Plan every two weeks for 3 Months. Unlimited nutrition and fitness support via email for three months. Unlimited access to recipes and exercises on the website. Do allow for an hour for the first interview and a half an hour for the followup assessments.
